All of the messages that director...Hi Father Chris

All of the messages that directors of Father Sam receive are posted at his own site.

http://frsamjohnston.blogspot.com/

On that site we have a header that we were required by the Diocese of London to put on the site.

THIS BLOG IS ABOUT MESSAGES RECEIVED BY DIRECTEES OF FATHER MARTIN (SAM) JOHNSTON, A RETIRED BUT VERY ACTIVE AND FAITHFUL PRIEST OF THE DIOCESE OF LONDON, ONTARIO. THE MESSAGES PRESENTED HERE HAVE ALL BEEN REVIEWED BY HIM. THIS BLOG REPRESENTS THE VIEWS OF FATHER JOHNSTON AND IS NOT THE TEACHING OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH OR THE DIOCESE OF LONDON

I have known Father Sam, who resides in Ridgetown Ontario, for many years, and several years back was aware that he had been the spiritual director for a woman who had passed away, and had received a weekly message purportedly from Jesus. I offered to put them on the Internet for him so others might read them for inspiration. That was the start of the blog web site linked above

Around that time, a second woman started receiving messages, which continues to this day. These are very consistent with those received by the precious woman. I have met the second woman and can attest to her faithfulness and sincerity in her desire to accomplish the will of God in her life.

Father Sam, at over 91, is remarkably healthy for a man of his age, though he has a heart issue that will require surgery soon. That not withstanding he has recently returned from 10 days in Medjugorje, where he goes twice per year to hear confessions.

Father Sam spends considerable time with each message, reviewing word for word and line by line to ensure they are true to the Gospels. To the best of my knowledge he has never found anything objectionable.

The position of the local Church is the norm of prudence, and when we were required to put the disclaimer above noted on the site, we thought it to be reasonable.

If there is anything further you wish to know, you may contact me directly at mbrandon8026@gmail.com

God Bless You.

Michael Brandon Michael Brandonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17557797099650457723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4248478318892426116.post-4923396059061061082019-11-19T06:35:08.236-05:002019-11-19T06:35:08.236-05:00Hello! I found one of your posts from April 23, 2010
"Father Sam Johnston Needs Your Prayers." Obviously he survived the cancer.

Can you provide a little background and if his messages are in good standing?

Blessings
Fr ChrisFr Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10504292949650087377noreply@blogger.com
